This is the most well rounded and practical yoga guide that I've read, hands down. It has provided me with a solid foundation of in depth information to start off the new year in the best of health and it has been supplementing my daily yoga practice with kind reminders of the benefits of meditation and tips for the preparation of practice. Highly recommended for any one new to yoga and for the seasoned yogi!

I particularly enjoyed the extensive use of pictures of the various poses, including front and back and many with modifications. This book is great for beginners, in-betweeners and seasoned yogi's. The information about spiritual guidance and knowing each persons journey is their own was especially impactful.

The author clearly explains yoga, and not just the postures/exercise aspects. She explains yoga in all of its aspects; i.e., postures, breathing, meditation, diet/nutrition, kundalini and chakras. She clearly uses yoga in her entire life and shows us how to do the same. An excellent and comprehensive guide to yoga.

Highly recommend to all yoga enthusiasts, practitioners, yoga teachers or any one new to or interested in getting into yoga. It’s the most comprehensive and easy to read book about yoga. It covers everything you need to know about yoga! Teacher trainers should use this book for their students!
